BLACKTHORN

This disused care home is in the perfect location to provide accommodation for the hard working employees of the nearby hospital.

The current floorplan could be easily altered to give 1 bedroom flats that are self contained, rather than being kept as communal living and would offer those who need it a tranquil retreat to return to after a hard days work.

CHESTNUT

We are in the early stages of researching and costing this project.

It is in a beautiful coastal location, and it would be wonderful to see such a vast building out back into use for the good of the community..

This building has been left to fall into a state of disrepair and will need extensive renovation to modernise it and bring it to the standard that we provide as standard.
